Rates are for double occupancy and include a full breakfast, late afternoon refreshments, and complimentary snacks and soft drinks any time.
In addition to the rates listed, there is 15% occupancy tax.
Mid-week rates apply Sunday through Thursday evenings except on holidays.
A two-night minimum applies on weekends during the Flowers and Foliage Season and on holidays.
Rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests
The Tidewater Inn welcomes well behaved children who are twelve years old or older.
The Inn provides a smoke-free environment for our guests. You will be charged a $275.00 cleaning fee if we need to eliminate smoke odors from the room.
Pets are not permitted in the main inn.
Your one small pooch with its crate is welcome to stay with you in our separate Curtis Cottage.
Check-in - We welcome your arrival between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Later check-in is possible if you call us to make arrangements in advance. Early check-in is not available.
Check-out - you may enjoy your guestroom until 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund of your deposit if you cancel your reservation at least two weeks before your arrival date. If your reservation is canceled less than two weeks before your arrival date, you will receive a refund only if we are able to re-book the room for the nights you canceled.
